Cedar Hill Cemetery Foundation hosted its 2nd Annual Mystery Scavenger Hunt
on Saturday, August 15. Twenty-three teams joined us to search for and follow clues to solve a mystery. Inspired by Mark Twain's short story The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County, teams had to solve the mystery of who stole the celebrated jumping frog!
In the distance, teams race to find their next clue.
This young man will tell you that it's a race to the finish.
The first team to arrive! Now to solve the mystery.
The second team to arrive!
Teams wait patiently for all teams to finish.
Twenty-three teams joined us for this year's
Mystery Scavenger Hunt.
A bit of rest and relaxation after racing through
Cedar Hill's historic sections.
This young attendee admires the froggy tattoo
that she received at one of the sites.
The Johnson Family takes first place!
Beverly Lucas and her team take second place!
And this team - with little guy in tow - takes 3rd!
Congratulations to the winning teams and thanks to everyone for joining us!
We hope to see you again next year!
